GRADUATE PROGRAM

 

Flying Start Children's Therapy has designed a Graduate Program for early year allied health professionals with a passion for working in Paediatrics. 

 

The Program is designed to increase your generalist skills, develop confidence and experience in a variety of discipline specific areas as well as an understanding of what other allied health disciplines do, whilst managing your own caseload of clients without feeling overwhelmed by KPI's. Our unique allocations process and supervision structure enables us to tailor caseloads and education in consideration of your preferences and interest areas. 

 

The program includes opportunity for a gradual build up of clients, formal & informal learning, observational sessions, joint appointments and team events, weekly supervision and support, graduate specific workshops along with workshops tailored to your interest areas that may be discipline specific or in a leadership or line of management role. 

 

We are now accepting graduate applications for 2025.
