Deb’s work history includes various roles in primary school settings as an Education Support staff member, Business Manager and in student engagement, working hard to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for young people and their families. 

 

Deb holds certificates in Business, Educational Business Leadership and Adolescent Health and Wellbeing through the University of Melbourne. One of the learning outcomes from her studies was understanding the importance of access to early intervention through evidenced based supports and how these supports, along with other protective factors, can make a positive impact.

 

Deb believes that by working together communities can make a difference to ensure young people feel included, valued, and have equal opportunities to participate fully in society.
