Little Flyers (Playgroup)

Flying Start Children’s Therapy offers an inclusive Playgroup for children 2-5 years, who are eligible for NDIS support, to further promote their development.

The group offers play-based activities run by a Speech Pathologist and Occupational Therapist to support and develop skills through play, music, story time, snack time and interactive activities.

Topics and areas discussed in the group with the Speech Pathologist and Occupational Therapist include:

Emotional regulation
Language skills
Communication skills
Play development and play skills
Self Care skills
Building resilience and flexibility
Sensory Regulation
Gross motor skills
Fine motor skills

The structured group program is an inclusive support network not only to children but also for parents and carers to make connections and share their experiences with other families.
