Little Movers

This fun and interactive group is designed for kids who love music and movement. Little Movers supports gross motor skills (movement and coordination), language and communication skills and emotional regulation skills as children engage in various activities focusing on music, movement and mindfulness.

 

Little Movers will be run in Torquay and is facilitated by Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists.

 

What's included:

• Stretching

• Movement and music based group games

• Show and tell

• Verbal processing and following multistep instructions to create structured routines

• Mindfulness

• Cool down
