Super Scientists

Welcome to our Super Scientists Group Therapy, where young minds embark on a journey of curiosity and discovery through the wonders of science! In our therapeutic program, children become scientists exploring the fascinating world of around them. Through interactive experiments, engaging activities, and meaningful discussions, our little scientists learn to understand a test theories in a safe and supportive environment.

 

Facilitated by Occupational Therapists and inspired by the principles of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), each session encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration. Join us as we uncover the wonders of chemistry and empower our young scientists to take on challenges with confidence and a problem solving lens.

Super Scientists has been developed for primary school aged children, and will support them to further develop a range of skills including:

• Their ability to ask questions and seek answers through scientific exploration

• Learning and critical thinking skills

• Working collaboratively with others

• Listening to peers' perspectives and feedback

• Extending focus and concentration

• Language and communication

• Sharing, taking turns and working as a team
